HAPPY TUESDAY PARENTS:
I apologize for not
sending guided reading home sooner this week.
We are learning some new concepts in reading and writing. I have really been focusing on that in class.
We will get to guided reading on Wednesday.
And homework will be due next Monday.

I Can statements for the week:
Math - I can understand that the
equal sign represents the same value on each side of the equal sign.
Reading - I can use the features of
nonfiction text to help me find facts about a topic.
Science - I can identify what a
scientist is and explore what scientists do.
Writing - I can draft the
beginning, middle, and end to my personal narrative while adding rich details.
Spelling - I can
spell words with -ot and -op.
I hope everyone has a great week! I will be sending out an email soon as to
what donations I will need for our Elves on the shelf. Peppermint and Pop will join us after
Thanksgiving Break! I appreciate all you
